REMINDERS:

To be included in our notifications for events in this neighborhood and the neighborhood HOA Board Meetings, please submit your email address to SECRETARY@WHISPERINGLAKESESTATES.COM (Copy and paste this address to use within your own email service). 

Make sure you let us know if you change your primary email! We have notices, calendar events, and information to pass on each month and want to include you. Your information will be kept private.

 NEIGHBORHOOD REQUESTS......

Take extra care and SLOW DOWN when driving in our area - everyone likes to take walks and there are TONS of kids that are out & about! Police will be called if you are racing around or being reckless.

PLEASE pick up after your pets if you take them on walks around the neighborhood!! Also, there are leash laws so let's respect our neighbors yards and not let pets into them.

Do NOT feed the WATERFOWL! ! You may not think it's a big deal, but neighbors don't want them in their yards and hanging around pooping on the pond sidewalk. Yuk LOL!

POOL AREA:

There is NO LOITERING ALLOWED in the pool parking lot. We do not allow cars to park there after hours - the police will be called.

DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF POND ENTRANCES!

You are blocking neighbors from walking around the pond.

OUR PONDS ARE PRIVATE! 

Our ponds are for our neighborhood only. Fishing may be done only at the East Pond as the West Pond is not stocked for fishing. You may only fish if you live here or are a guest of a homeowner here. Please respect our 'catch-and-release' policy.

YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT AND HAVE CLOSED ON THE PURCHASE OF YOUR HOUSE ALREADY TO BE ACCEPTED INTO OUR FB GROUP AS IT IS PRIVATE!
