 Hello!

It's incredibly important for our Board of Directors to be able to contact one person in your household that will  be able to receive important email notices. We always need a current email address to notify you of trash delays due to weather or holidays as well as information you might need to access the community pool when it opens, etc. We also inform you of our monthly board meetings, and any date or location changes that might happen, as well as provide you with those meeting minutes. We do NOT share your info nor send any spam.  Please use the New Resident Info form below for any changes to your information.

Whispering Lakes Estates has a Project Approval Form below for homeowners to fill out when they want to do any kind of project outside of their home (ex: fencing, roofing, and additions of any form). We do this so that we can maintain premium home values in our neighborhood. We have our guidelines & requirements posted in the Covenants Tab.

Once the HOA Board Secretary receives your form they will forward to the approving party, and then return to you. You could get approved or denied based on our covenants and you can adjust your request and re-submit.

Approvals usually get answered in a very timely manner - just know that the approval process can take up to 30 days to be answered.
